Ove: TNT mining is a good way to find some, just light up some TNT in a tunnel, and it'll blow up all the Netherack, leaving behind any Ancient Debris that might be there. It's a little costly, and you always need to make sure you have a shield and fire resistance potion, just in case things go haywire, but it's the best way to find it.

I think you should upgrade your armor though, I don't want anything to happen to you Astra...
