Because if you wanted to cover something up, having Luft arrested for the thing you want to cover up ends up putting all that into the public domain.

Thus revealing the very thing you wanted to cover up.

Having someone arrested for spying is the exact opposite of covering up someone spying.

But it is Biden who is engaged in secret dealings with the Russians, Ukrainians, and the Chinese. Bizarre.
