Oh no... you annoyed Larry by pointing out how boring his one-track memes are...

What does it say about a person who goes to all this trouble to pretend to be bored? My Rock-Ribbed Republican Grannie used to say, "You can't be bored unless you are boring." She contended that interesting people can fid something of interest in every situation.

I’m not pretending. You bore me.

You seem more obsessed with than bored by me. Tell you what. Since I can't convince you to ignore me, I'll ignore you. Goodbye.

What ethnic slur are you talking about? I don’t do ethnic slurs, ever.

I will leave it to the moderator to decide if "Penebsnot," is a slur of Penobscot, a proud Native people of Northeast America and Southern Canada.

Sorry…it was a misspelling…

I am not calling you a liar, but when did you last post a misspelling? I can't remember one, in all of the times you insulted me. Therefore, I find it hard to believe that you did not intend to insult my heritage, when you misspelled "Penobscot," as "Penebsnot." How much time off would they give you for insulting other races?

Not all Native people use "Peace Pipes," live in "Tepees" or are stoics made of "Sterner Stuff." There are over 600-"Tribes," with their own cultural uniqueness in the American continents. Some live in the frozen tundra, others in the American Plains and Desert and others in the Amazon jungle. And, they don't all raise their right hand in a "Roman-like salute" and say "How," as a greeting. Not knowing this does not make you a racist. But, an education system that teaches us nuanced differences between Europeans like Spanish and Portuguese people but allows the lumping of vastly different Native people into one stereotype, is suspect.

I'll "mellow out," when you stop using language as a weapon, in the place of facts and data. Calling trans gender women "Chicks with (a rhyming word depicting the male sex organ)" is vulgar and cannot be dismissed as a typographical error. But is the same "merrypranksterism," that your anti-Native insult aimed at me was. It is that ever-present snideness, that makes your flimsy excuse look like a lie.

I agree that trans people should not compete with women in sporting contests. I disagree with your use of degrading language to describe such people. My personal experience is that people who repeatedly use disgusting or demeaning terms to describe others, have self-esteem issues. If that is your issue, I am sorry for you. But that doesn't make what you do right.

Finally, I identify personally and on all official documents as a White Man. About 50 years ago the Canadian government started paying a fee to Penobscot people for oil it did not allow to be drilled on native land North of the border. An Aunt encouraged me to register to get this money. It would be morally wrong, in my opinion for me, a White Man, to do so.

Your aunt wanted you to scam the government.

You could’ve scammed the government, but did not.

Moral of the story, is this government program is probably getting scammed by others

I don't look Native to most people, and I officially identify as "White," on official ethnic surveys. But, I remember walking to Dale's Market in Pacoima, CA with my Brother Jim, when three adult men confronted him for being a "Beaner," (an ethnic slur for a Mexican-American) in the "White side of town." I was six, Jim was twelve. The three of them beat the snot out of him, knocking me down when I tried to help him. A woman came out of her house and said she had called the police or they might have killed him. Years later, when he was in the Air Force, traveling from classes at Yale to San Antonio by car, he was denied a room in a motel in Texas for the color of his skin. It is for the "Jims," of the world that I take offense to your racist "joke."

Sure, you did.
I didn’t make any racist joke, Larry. Seriously, do you find racists under your bed and in your closet?
If you don’t like something…it’s RACIST!
If you don’t like someone…they’re RACIST!!
If you don’t understand something…you guessed it…it’s RACIST!!!

I usually don't like ideas or things from MAGA Extremists or people who are MAGA extremists. MAGA Extremist is a label I use most often. If you assume they are "Racists," that is on you.

My original post mentioned my "Rock Ribbed Republican Grannie," who I have mentioned a few times as being my Father's Mother. You did not remember her but assumed I was talking about my Mother's Mother, a woman I don't remember mentioning or quoting. My Mother's Mother lived o the East Coast and I ever met her. My Father's Mother lived in Southern California and spent the last few years of her life in a "Grannie Flat," in our garage. So, out of the clear blue, you called her my "Penobs(n)ot Grannie," misspelling Penobscot in an insulting way. If it was a simple typo, most people would dismiss it as such and take a few lumps, if necessary to put it behind them. You continue to make a big deal out of it. Like Ophelia, you "doth protest too much." I don't know if you are a racist. But, if it walks and quacks like a duck, what is it?

I once used this quote from “Windtalkers” to pay tribute to someone who claimed to be a Navajo, and some thin-skinned member who is as white as I am flagged it for being racist:
“ l'm Navajo, of the Bitter Water People, born for the Towering House Clan”
It was clearly a tribute, as I have nothing but respect for what we used to call the American Indian.
