I feel like the wage gap is kind of stupid from a business and financial standpoint. See, if you've got two groups of people who will do the same work for the same amount of time on the same performance level, but one of them works for less, then why would you bother hiring the one who works for more?

being a controlled comparision meaning things are filtered out. no filter is about a womens 82 cents to a mans dollar.
