What? Anyone arrested yet? The FBI can’t find the callers?
There should be some interesting discovery when Epps is deposed!

I said essentially the same thing in another LC meme…
“Discovery is a bitch”.

Epps has already testified, under oath, that his service in the Marine Corps was the only time he worked for the government.

He wasn’t deposed by Tucker’s attorneys.
Discovery can be a real bitch.

He's not suing Carlson. He is suing Fox. Carlson and his attorneys will be in the audience, like the rest of us.

Fox will rightfully blame Carlson for libel/slander. They will give Epps a pile of money, broadcast a retraction and apology. Right-wing media will distance itself from lies about Epps. But, cult faithful will cling to the conspiracy theory forever.

Ok, then…Fox’s attorneys will be deposing him then.
Discovery WILL be a bitch!

Discovery deposition will not be like testifying in 1/6 Commission hearing. It will be adversarial.

Adversarial or not, one cannot lie under oath. He could have taken the Fifth, if he was a secret agent. He did not.

Like what? What "Magic," question would Fox News Channel want answered that might help a former employee they fired for lies that cost them almost a billion dollars already?

You made a bold statement and are totally unable to back it up. You remind me of this guy, Trump. Ever heard of him?

Can’t refute the bold statement, so reply with a pathetic attempt at personal disparagement.

The fact is the 1/6 Committee was not interested in finding the truth, the whole truth and nothing but the truth when questioning Epps.

The story about Epps centers around why he was NEVER charged after being in the FBI list of wanted 1/6 attendees and incriminating video and witnesses exist.

Of the thousands of people who attended the rally then descended on the Capitol, only about 1,000 have been charged with crimes. Epps was photographed wearing "Oathkeeper," garb directing people to the Capitol, but was unidentified. He was put on a list of people who the FBI wanted identified so they could talk to them. According to reports, he did not enter the Capitol Building nor have any negative interaction with cops or others. What would you charge him with? Being a peaceful right-wing activist, like the vast majority who came to the Rally? He is, or at least was, one of your guys, who got thrown under the bus to support a flimsy excuse, blaming "Antifa," for the riot. Loyalty is a one way street with MAGA.

That’s my point.
