Actually not when you think about it. Science must learn to control the weather. All the world's governments are secretly working on this. The first one to succeed will rule. Imagine for example, being able to park a permanent storm above your adversary... Also "weather control" will be essential if we are ever to colonize other planets like Mars with hostile environments. Naturally, this work is being done secretly by governments under the ruse of "climate change." They believe the general population is too dumb to know any better, and sadly, it appears they are right ✅
