Summer sanitarium 2003 I saw metallica headline a sick ticket of mudvayne, deftones, linkin park, and limp bizkit. Great energy. The crowd mercilessly pelted limp bizkit with water bottles and various other objects. Throwing things at musicians, particularly polarizing ones, isn't a "trend".
