Naw.... The premise here would be:

Coke was recently found by someone in Biden's Whitehouse... That information was given to the media.. and the media reported on it.

"Soros not making payments" is just a random guess as to how the premise could have happened in the eyes of the right.. notice I said "OR how do y'all explain that?"

I understand my comment was presented in an image originally taken from a conversation where a strawman fallacy argument was made...... But I don't think my actual comment there was a strawman fallacy if that makes sense.

Yeah, I don't recall ever using this meme in a comment, let alone a strawman fallacy. If you'd like to enlighten me, I'm all ears.

"Strawman fallacy" is essentially misrepresenting or distorting someone else's position.... and then refuting that misrepresented position.

For example:

Me:
"I voted for Biden". (Premise/position)

Someone else:
"oh so you're a communist POS." (Misrepresentation of position.... I'm not a communist.)

Someone else:
"You're a traitor and communism sucks. How can you possibly think communism works?"
(Refutation of the misrepresentation)

Hopefully we at least agree on ^that, conceptually.

So when you mentioned "strawman fallacy" I thought what you meant was that I had misrepresented your position as part of a strawman.... As in... you do not actually agree with the rhetoric that media is controlled by Dems/Biden.

Looking in your memes it appears that you do think (or have thought) the media does "carry water for" (work at the behest of) the Dems. So I thought at least my representation of position was accurate.

But to be fair maybe you simply made a monkeys carrying water meme about the media and it doesn't actually reflect what you believe. Idk.

You mentioned how Soros quit paying off the media. I ignored it because it's not worth the effort. I only mention it because you persisted with a Jordan Peterson meme, to which I replied in kind calling it out.

Ignoring that part is fine.. it was just a random guess. Maybe y'all think the media reported on the coke in Biden's white house just to distract from something else.. idk. Not sure exactly how/why you think it happened.
