One strain of malaria virus can remain dormant in the liver for years. But most likely some of those people coming through Central America and from Africa are carrying recently acquired virus.
Several years ago West Nile virus spread across the USA via migratory birds.
Malaria is being spread by migratory humans.

Whenever I see anybody - particularly young kids - wearing a mask, I think there's a Democrat! They've probably been vaxxed (and boosted) with a vaccine of dubious safety and effectiveness.
