It's an old textile mill from the 1800s that was refurbished and turned into an arts center. They have murals and exhibits, and lots of artist studios where people can work and sell their art. They also host markets, concerts, and conventions. They are very lgbt-friendly and it's really wholesome. Theres a D&D themed cafe that I really like.
