When he looked at the graves of American soldiers who died on D-Day and said, "I don't get it. What was in it for them?" I knew that he did not understand Patriotism or what it meant to be a "Loyal American." If you listen to "The Tape," this comes through "Loud and Clear." He sees these things he does as parts of games he has to win at any cost. Intent is a big part of what courts take into consideration in sentencing. His unique brand of cynicism allows him to do things normal Americans find to be horrendous, in the name of the game. If he is found guilty, he must pay a price. Home detention would seem to be superior to normal imprisonment for this unique criminal.

He is indicted in two cases, and indictments are highly likely in two others. However, his is presumed innocent, until found guilty by juries of his fellow citizens. For the moment, you are correct.
