Well, if we go with the actual function of a nuke, we'd first need a mushroom cloud before any real harm was done, so at first, it would just cause excessive mouth foaming. Then, after that was starting to dissipate, the insane flavor of axe body wash would overcome your senses, even affecting your sense of smell and making your eyes water and possibly your hands and feet tingle. Then, if you hadn't died yet, you would likely experience eventual brain damage causing impaired vision, loss of hearing, paralysis, trouble breathing, inflammation, etc. until your brain finally reached a comatose state and then you'd eventually pass on while in the coma.
