I got married to my highschool sweetheart in my early 20s. We had three kids before 30, and my husband works for a construction company while I stay home to cook, clean, and do domestic chores. I know this isn’t what a lot of women want, but it's what gives me fulfillment and I wouldn’t trade it for anything else. That’s cool, more power to you. My wife and I were considering adoption at one point, but earning double income from both of our jobs really has its perks, so we’re not really in a hurry. Adopt?
Isn't it more like:
"...Run down to the sperm bank because neither of us can provide any?"
...while demanding that our employers health insurance pay for it as a job benefit...

Ask Julie Cypher, Bailey Jean Etheridge, and Beckett Etheridge how that works out all hunky dory.

& then, as a surprise, change teams

*Thanks for pointing out the emotional stability inherent in such a socially elitist example

I mean, that is also an option I guess, but I literally just meant regular adoption.

I don't have a problem with gays adopting children, I'd much rather have a kid live in a loving, stable home with two gay parents than grow up in an abusive foster home in fact I encourage gays to adopt children who are in need of a loving home than use IVF. And if a person chooses not to have kids at all, that's fine too. I would rather person not have kids al than have kids when they're not ready to take on such a responsibility or have a late-term abortion.

You do realize that late-term abortions almost never happen unless something has gone horribly wrong with the pregnancy, right?
