Marijuana "legalization" - It's a trap !

How does that affect our 2A rights?

If you take advantage of state level legalization of Mary Jane you have committed an act that prevents gun ownership and would bar you from buying a gun without committing perjury on the background check forms.

Marijuana is still illegal at the federal level, the agency from which you apply for authorization to purchase the gun.

It's a ruse to backdoor gun owners.

Okay. I get it. I never thought about that. I have never smoked Mary Jane or used cannibis derived products so I never even considered that.

Hmmm..... I know some people who own guns have smoked weed in the past. Well... I will never rat them out. I think nearly all if not all gun laws are unconstitutional.

The ability to deny a gun application is unconstitutional. Perhaps even being required to fill out the paperwork to purchase one.

Every law infringes on an individual's freedom.

True freedom does not exist.

Not even for wealthy mega maga caucasian males. 😄

Not advocating anarchy, but the only "statutes" we need are inherent in everyone - don't harm/kill another, don't take what isn't yours.

It's that simple.
