I don't think a person getting a nose job was the start of a organized attempt to get young people to mutilate their genitals.

A nose job is still mutilation of body on a smaller scale. Aren't we supposed to accept how "god" has made us?

Yes ,but if a person has a 10 ft nose i think God might understand .. after all God only created the first man and women..

If god could understand the flaws of creating 10ft nose then he could also understand the necessity of third gender.

God only created 2 the rest are created by us.. so unless ADAM or EVE got a nose job God creation was only flawed in their judgement. I don't think the bible says if either had a big nose.
