It always happens right after you come to terms with it too

It’s not always that simple. Sometimes people are unhappy just because of a situation or how life treats them. And that’s nothing to be ashamed about. What matters is that when the time is right you can smile, and you can laugh. Some would say life is suffrage, and while that is true, life is also joy. Rejoice, for you were born into a beautiful world full of wonders.

What I'm saying is some people feel better when they accept their genetic depression as a part of them. However, some people make them feel like being depressed is wrong so they get even more depressed due to the fact that somebody is making depression a reason to be depressed.

When people told me to just cheer up, I would sarcastically thank them and ask if they also tell disabled people to just walk it off.

That's good man

Personally that's why I try and find out why they’re depressed and then see what I can do

That's better than telling them to shut up when they are ranting about it and telling them to be happy when they most clearly aren't
