To start with "Collusion," was never a charge in the Mueller investigation. The letter announcing his appointment says that Mueller was authorized to investigate "any links and/or coordination between the Russian government and individuals associated with the campaign of President Donald Trump; and...any matters that arose or may arise directly from the investigation." Collusion was Trump's code word for criticizing the investigation originated from him, Similarly, Trump fed the media much of what it printed, pre-indictment. It is called "getting ahead of the story." In the documents case Trump couldn't stop talking.
