Close. But Darth Vader never actually mentions LeBron James in the whole Star Wars saga.

Surprisingly, Darth Vader's first appearance was in an episode titled A New Hope which was released in 1977, while LeBron James' first appearance in the NBA was in 2003.

That makes it extremely unlikely that Star Wars writers even knew who LeBron James was, let alone mention him in the series.

"Come on, Luke, let's go fishing."

As likely as the quote seems, Darth Vader wasn't quite the father figure for Luke.
Rather, Vader was never represented as an avid fishing enjoyer.
This, however, doesn't mean that Vader never went fishing with Luke. After discussions with the writers, it seems as if it's only a distant possibility. No one doubts Vader's ability as a master baiter, and if he ever did go fishing, we know how absolutely disastrous that day would turn out to be (for the fish).

It's safe to say that Darth Vader never proposes a fishing trip in any meeting with his son, Luke.

"Andrew, can I get mod please?"

Many people claim to have heard the exact dialogue in Return of the Jedi but Darth Vader has denied all allegations of mod begging (and I believe him).

"Luke, I had sex with your mother!"

This is quite fitting to Darth Vader's character, and many fans have no doubt that this is the true quote.

However, George Lucas, the director has clarified that the team did not have the liberty to add the dialogue in the film due to the obscenity.

No matter how lame and made-up it sounds, this quote is most probably the one used in Star Wars: Return of the Jedi.

On multiple re-watches of the episode at 0.5x the playback speed, I was able to vaguely pick up on the dialogue by focusing on Darth Vader's lip movements.
Unfortunately for all Star Wars fans, the results of my observation prove to be very close to the proposed dialogue. "No, I am your father!" is the most likely winner here.

I guess we will never know for sure.
