Effects on creativity because of the hive-mind can be seen whenever a good joke is made, instead of appreciation for the joke, everyone aims to find the pop culture reference in the post (Breaking Bad, Among Us...) and be the first to say it in the comments. The comment is then copied and pasted by everyone else who visits the comments section.
A few users then post a screenshot of the comments section where everybody is repeating the same statement, and everybody in the screenshot feels like they've achieved something.
