I would suggest telling your legal guardians that you want to kill yourself. If they don't take immediate action, straight up go to an emergency room and tell them you want to kill yourself. Call 911 if you have to. They'll 5150 you which means 72 hours of involuntary psychiatric observation, during which time a psychiatrist will assess and begin medicating your condition. It's actually kind of exciting because it rips you out of whatever shit situation you're currently in, and in my experience psychiatric meds are a godsend...once you find the right ones for you.
Note: Even with insurance, the services associated with being 5150d are expensive af. Just the ambulance ride from the emergency room to the psych hospital is over $1,000. For this reason it's preferable for your parents or whomever to get you checked into urgent care and schedule an appointment with a psychiatrist. That being said, a medical emergency requires emergency treatment, so if you can't wait then the emergency room is the way to go, costs be damned.
Worst case scenario, you can always kill yourself later. I just feel since this step is irreversible, it makes sense to try every other available remedy first.
