That is ridiculous and totally false. To date, no Neanderthal Y chromosome markers have been found in modern humans. That's 0%.
What's funny is you know exactly the reason for this, as you used to post about the phenomenom occuring with hybridization.

Neanderthals had bigger noses as well as bigger eyes with pronounced brow ridges to support them. They did not have warthog dentition, nor Vulcan ears. Neanderthals were real, not Lord of the Ring cartoon characters.

Facts dont care about your feelings, its the truth. Hybridization is about genetic quantity and exchange, not chromosomes. Humans have far more Neanderthal genes while Neanderthals have only a couple of human genes. Male human x fem neander crosses where rare due to the female neanders ugly appearance and violent behaviours, only a few male humans would tolerate mating with such hairy monsters.
