That and the fact that anyone can be indicted for anything by corrupt justice officials if they have a compliant grand jury whoring for them. It's an established fact.
The problem is the same one always haunting corrupt leftist officials in their efforts to 'get' Trump before he can return to the presidency in 2024 . . . charges that are actually applicable, evidence that is logical and also applicable, and witnesses that are both sane and credible.
So far these leftist partisan political pogroms launched against Trump always fail egregiously in at least one -- but usually ALL -- of those areas once Trump and his government thug accuser are before a judge.
