No one thinks, in that classic picture, that Trump had the documents scattered willy-nilly on the floor.
Those were found in his office. The FBI placed them on the ground to take a picture of them.
Like how when they do a drug bust and they pile all the drugs up together to take a picture of them. And claiming he's innocent because he'd never put papers on the floor is like claiming "those aren't my bricks of cocaine, you're honor, I'd never stack them on a table like that."
If you'd read the indictment, you'd know that the picture in the OP was taken by Walt Nuata, a Trump employee. He sent that picture to another Trump employee with the text "I opened the door and found it like this."
