Looks more like FBI throwing evidence around.

Actually. That is a picture taken on December 7, 2021 by Walt Nuata, a Trump employee, and sent to a 2nd Trump employee.

So...that wasn't the FBI at all.

That was Walt Nuata. The guy who moved them around at Trump's direction in order to hide them from Trump's own lawyers when the lawyers searched Mara Lago in response to the Federal Government's demand to return the documents.

You can read the whole indictment (and see the other pictures taken from Employee phones) here: https://www.justice.gov/storage/US_v_Trump-Nauta_23-80101.pdf

It's an easy read. It's only about 50 pages, and shouldn't take you an hour or so, in total.

That's the point of a trial, isn't it?

To prove innocence or guilt. It's entirely possible that the FBI did plant those documents. Or faked the pictures.

But.

Remember Trump has been on Hannity talking about how he did take those documents. How he had the right to do so. He's even claimed that he magically declassified them with his brain when he took them. He even said at a campaign rally since the indictment was unsealed that he had those documents in boxes in plain view of everyone, and no one told him he couldn't take them with him.

Trump himself has said he took those documents. Several times.

No one thinks, in that classic picture, that Trump had the documents scattered willy-nilly on the floor.

Those were found in his office. The FBI placed them on the ground to take a picture of them.

Like how when they do a drug bust and they pile all the drugs up together to take a picture of them. And claiming he's innocent because he'd never put papers on the floor is like claiming "those aren't my bricks of cocaine, you're honor, I'd never stack them on a table like that."

If you'd read the indictment, you'd know that the picture in the OP was taken by Walt Nuata, a Trump employee. He sent that picture to another Trump employee with the text "I opened the door and found it like this."

I encourage you to read the indictment to see the exact charges being brought against Trump. There are more pictures.

And things like how Walt claimed he'd never moved the boxes but there's video of him moving the boxes.
