I wouldn’t give Biden credit for anything. Not even for changing his own diaper or wiping his own ass. When we say “Biden” we mean the people who handle him. The dude is absolutely clueless. It’s why he won’t answer questions. It’s why he won’t debate. It’s why he calls a lid on each day super early. It’s why he never speaks extemporaneously. I agree. However, Stan makes a good point (which was also applicable to Trump and Obama): people have also previously stated how each was (almost SIMULTANEOUSLY) dumb and brilliant... Then again, in Biden's case I didn't think there was much question on how far he's 'slipped' in the ability of his elevator making it up to the penthouse anymore.
