I wouldn't worry about it. Olympian mods hundreds of streams. In this case the easiest way for him to ensure that people follow the rules on a questionable stream is to run the stream himself and enforce the rules.

He doesn't post there, he just owns the stream. If you go to the stream in question you will likely find alot of half nekkid memes (which is allowed on imgflip mind you...) posted by users who are currently inactive.
