One neighbor threw a skate at a child & then shot the mother. There was nothing said about any aggression on the part of the victim.

When you Provoking someone you are not “standing your ground”. A mother was murdered in front of her children.

When lunatics attack. This is why people should have a test to demonstrate if they are rational and can think clearly before they are given a gun.
