About Holla/TheBandit.... yeah, he would chase others around for no reason other than to make trouble for them. He wants to hide his harrassing activities so he won't get reported.
He actually flagged one of my memes on a stream I own last night after begging for my help and claiming he doesn't bother anybody! A few months ago, he changed his name to mine + 2 and tried to pass himself off as me! Oddly, nobody fell for it.
