Not good. Sauce, del, and Therapi wanted to shut down the whole thing forever (which I kind of agreed with) and arkuumed until the site mods said “no” and removed them. Initially they had spoken with the site mods before and they hoped the site mods would take their side, but the site mods saw it as they were taking away money since both parties thought users would actually leave (Sauce even made a point that most streams MSMG users flee to and make should be deleted/removed as well). Their point was MSMG users were internet addicted and getting too toxic, which I also agree with, more people here need breaks from being online. Anyway, after the whole event, Sauce, Del, and Therapi are either leaving or taking a very long break. The sitemods seeing their biggest stream go down because the last few original owners/mods decided it was best for the group and half the people complaining reopened it under their control. I think it’s going to stay that way from now on since this is their 3rd time doing this. Imma miss them, they had good intentions but didn’t realize MSMG would just move elsewhere. In fact, it did for a day, someone advertised an actual stream that had nothing to do with MSMG and it turned into MSMG for a day. Sauce wanted them to deactivate their stream as well because MSMG had essentially just taken over a stream and cited a few users leaving was good for imgflip. That’s where I thought they went too far. I understand wanting to shut down MSMG for the good of imgflip, but asking other streams to shut down because MSMG users went there is absurd. I can understand his points though. I think this stream is gonna devolve even more, and I’m starting to think I should abandon ship.
