It will be an after the fact happening. It's just a matter of practicality. You can't use arms against a government to prevent the attempt to subjugate the people; because where do you start and how do you prevent becoming the very type of monster you would be fighting against?

You can only use retained arms to fight back AFTER the government subjugates the people. As the people of disarmed Australia recently discovered with the government enforced COVID tyrannies, Letting yourself be disarmed in advance . . . is the real tragedy.

And don't forget there are two types of people who fight for freedom; A George Washington Type and Tyrant Wannabe Pretending To Be A George Washington Type.

I read enough about Cuba and watched The Hunger Games movies. . .guess what happened in both at the end. . .only difference is that the main character in The Hunger Games took the wannabe out before the point of no return happened like with Castro.
