Purple Guy because he could actually kill someone. They may have been children but Burntrao couldn't kill a child, infact, a child got him killed by his own creation. Springtrap and Scraptrap both got burned alive and Glitchtrap just mind controlled someone, granted that's more than the previous two.

Design wise, Burntrap. You can actually see how damaged he is after rotting for 30 years, getting set on fire and rotting again, getting set on fire and rotting again, and then finally, getting set on fire a bunch more before getting kidnapped by wire spaghetti
