..Doubt this will ever be added due to high demand and imgflip being low on money(which is why most stuff is Pro and Pro Basic)
But..
There will have to be heavy moderation towards it, so no nsfw icons can be uploaded. Plus, they will have to be a specific size to work. Most likely be another Pro and Pro Basic thing UNTIL devs agree to make it public. Which I doubt, considering how many users are here. Which is why I suggest only 100 people at a time can upload a custom icon(per day) so site mods don't get overloaded with icon checks

My idea for a solution is to just have slap customizable icons as stream icons, but with a 7x7 grid to a 12x12 grid (or at least something like that)

no it would have to be 10x10 to 15x15 for Pro Basic and Pro since having the same 12x12 wouldn't make any sense
