They are not independent, if they are owned by AB-InBev.

That's precisely the point. 

They are Dependent upon Budweiser for Shelf Space in Grocery Stores, and Bars. 

Actual Independent Breweries get cut out of the Free Market by Budweiser products through strongarm tactics used by Distributorships AB-InBev owns as well. Allegedly, ie; Carry our products, or we'll pull your best seller. 

Replace the Independent Brewery product, with an alleged independent product owned by us, or we'll pull Bud and Bud Light and sell it to the bar down the street only.
