I'm genuinely surprised that you have a femboy little-brother (to be honest, I never really expected that you had one, let alone even remotely thought about such a situation). I personally have no problem with femboys, considering my Imgflip boss on the Furries-Stream was/is technically one (X-9), but I do have a problem with the fact that your little brother committed a major NSFW-based red-flag act by sending inappropriate pictures of himself to his boyfriend, which worries me greatly because I have heard horror-stories of people getting sexually-extorted and/or blackmailed (sometimes even raped or outright killed) as a result of posting sexually-explicit content of themselves online, and I don't want your little brother suffering a similar fate.
Have you or your family tried calmly talking to him about that it isn't by any chance a good idea to post (let alone even take) sexually-explicit content or share the like online because of all the various hellish ways doing such NSFW acts and publicizing it online can bite you haphazardly in the back in the future and thus ruin your reputation to the point of preventing you from going to college or getting a job in the future? Your little brother can be a femboy if he wants, it ain't my call, but I would under no circumstance tolerate this NSFW-stuff that he's been up to as of late.
And was it your brother's idea to do this, or your brother's boyfriend's idea? If it was your little brother's boyfriend who came up with the idea for this stunt, then I'd be even more worried because this could mean your little brother is possibly being fooled into sexual exploitation without him realizing it; this "boyfriend" figure could possibly be an Internet pedophile without any of us knowing. The Internet can be a seedy place, so if this "boyfriend" figure is entirely internet-based and not IRL, proceed with grave caution and perhaps call the authorities, too.
