I can see no future where the US woke military would fight China, I doubt they would win a force on force battle with Belize. The people of Taiwan should understand that they are on their own.

Red China won’t invade they will soft blockade maybe sink one ship that trying to run it. US will fold and de-escalate for our new masters. Taiwan will surrender when they realize they will not be supported.

I suspect you are right, no matter how China applies pressure the once mighty US military will do nothing violent in response. If Biden is still in office, a few US flyovers might be allowed for appearance's sake, but China might not care and might just say no and shame us along with Taiwan
