Um. . .China uses one child/sex quota policies that will result in abortion if the unborn is the wrong sex.

I know, China also forces abortion on Uyigher Muslims. The point of this meme is that the Chinese government believes abortion is murder and is in favor of it because the Chinese government likes inflicting murder on people.
