What the hell is Kelvin

It's some weird measurement of temperature that only scientists use. 300 degrees kelvin is 80 degrees farenheit and 27 degrees celcius. 0 degrees kelvin is absolute zero.

It's basically only used in science at all... there are probably minor exceptions.
