Yeah, it's meant in general but also was (originally) directed at a certain active participant on this stream who is Scottish yet claims to be part of Hitler's ÜberStensch [see what I did there?] despite Celts not even being on the Nazi radar. Yeah, good thing to latch on to, a movement that totally forgot about them! It's like Antiguans for American imperialism.... nobody cares...
