Are you being serious or is this tongue-in-cheek? You do realize that Thomas Paine was from the 1700s. That was at a time when only RICH WHITE LANDOWNING MEN decided the fate of the nation. Not you and your... sharecropping ancestors, but rich white men. The Daughters of the Revolution didn't whitewash the entirety of the history books you read. Or, did they? Do you know who Thomas Paine is?

I'm surprised that you wouldn't agree with the sentiment. A minority group in control of the laws that govern you, the whole of the united states. I'm not concerned about the limited period you point to. I am talking about the beliefs of nine determining the freedoms and rights of 340 MILLION. What happens when the Democrats have the minority? No. We've got to be proactive about this. If the court wasn't showing disturbing personal actions, I would still be oblivious to them, but they have an agenda that should concern us all.
