Because people think it’s funny and imgflip is pretty much just less popular, politically right wing reddit. There has been an issue a lot of stuff they haven’t addressed. This rule is pretty much unenforceable since they can just take the streams off public and no one can see them, but the streams will still be active for those that follow them. The only way to report the stream in that scenario was you got invited to the stream via a link or followed it before it went private.

The issue for this is those streams tend to be very popular and I think the global mods anre afraid of losing users even with the large influx of toxic kids during covid-19 pandemic. Same thing when these streams advocate for the removal of other streams unless the stream is full of outright NSFW images or generally extremely racist.

The real reason? I don’t actually know, I can only speculate. Probably because Anti-furry streams I know are as popular as the main furries stream, so why get rid of something that keeps users here? They get more ad revenue from it.

Essentially any memes meant to attack people are against site ToS and are subject to deletion

There was more of a concerted active effort starting like round 2020 to report and combat anti-LGBT material here. Seems to have disappated lately. HQ was very attentive too. Flag stuff like that at 3, 4am and it was removed within minutes.
Not so much like that anymore, hate slipping through.

It wouldn't be banning the users for following their religions, it would be banning them for attacking users
I've seen a lot of what you're talking about, and they don't have to literally F**KIN ATTACK people because it "goes against the religion", there are other ways, like ignoring them or talking it out like a normal human

Well the streams themselves are ok, but it's the purely hateful content that comes out of them is what breaks ToS.
The anti-religion streams would also theoretically be subject to deletion if they are meant to harass people who follow certain religions

Most of the site mods are Right Wingers. They finally signed a Liberal one to the gig last year. There's another that may be or is moderate or basically doesn't expess political views, except the occasional one for the sake of artistry, rathe than ideology. That's it. 1, maybe almost 2-ish. The rest are Righties. Hence the way Poli swings and the bias that goes with that.
