This is an alternate timeline where death never existed, it'll be in the comments.

After learning that Death was trying to destroy all of the ressurection cubes in the multiverse, Redi got worried, he knew eventually Death would find his and Redi would be vulnerable. He worked with his science team, looking in dimensional diamonds to see when death was created, it appears he was created in the very early multiverse. Redi went back in time with a few special forces soldiers, and found the cause of Death's creation. After going back in time again, they were able to stop Death from being created, which would stop the ressurection cubes from being destroyed. But then, Life was still there, and now the forces of Life and Death were unbalanced, and everything started disappearing. In this timeline, life destroyed itself. Thankfully, Redi in this timeline saw what would happen if he did that, and isn't going to do that this time, he'll find other ways to deal with this.
