It's kind of a loose term at this point, but if you mean that as in I have a living spirit inside me, then no.

More than a spirit it's the consciousness of a being, anything that can think, process and act + has free will has a soul

But at the same time it's the representation of life, so something may have a soul, but may not have a "couscous soul", like usually insects, i thought about this because i thought about Mettaton

Astra: well mettaton was a literal ghost crammed inside a robot how would he not have a soul

Ghosts are the representation of a soul, usually a purgatory soul, but sometimes also a Heavenly Soul like Guardians, for example relatives that died, or Hellish Souls, like Demons
