Sudan's war is a civil war, internal. Not only that, but the previous one was so brutal it ended up cleaving the country in two. Permanently. These were the bad guys in that shindig, a rogue state who ran all homocidal on their own citizenry in the south because of race and religion (they also play host to terrorist orgs in the area). Straight up terror and extirpation campaign, with many forced to flee into neighboring Chad.
Ok, so now they're turning on themselves, and no one has a crap to if they do to themselves what they did to the others because there is no crap to give. None. The only regrettable thing is that this didn't happen earlier, during their genocidal campaign against the southerners.
The bottom line is, sometimes we have have respect and step back and let people do what they want to themselves. What next, we invade Venezuala to fix the country they so eagerly destroyed because Chavez? Central American countries because of the MS-13 plague we unleashed upon them but they don't want to do anything about (other than Nicaragua)? Mexico because of the drug cartels so essential to our meth industry?
PS: Putin the Great has been hyper in stripping Sudan's silver and gold mines, a BIG source of finance for his invasion campaign against Ukraine. Here's hoping the chaos can disrupt that some too.
