Do you mean this: https://s3.documentcloud.org/documents/23718934/abby-grossberg-lawsuit-vs-fox-news-nysd.pdf
Or do you mean some liberal rag's interpretation of the actual court filings. I am no lawyer but I won't be surprised if this case is just thrown out. Unless there is some judge that is part of this conservative witch hunt who wants to make a name for himself.
Grossberg makes a whole lot of claims and the majority of them are directed towards Fox News.
A lot of what she is alleging in her filing about Carlson, specifically, reads like she copied and pasted from the Huff Po, Daily Beast, Mother Jones or any number of other propaganda outlets.
There are quotes she entered in with her filings that came from liberal sources playing excerpts of the things Carlson has said over a decade ago.
One of them was: women are “extremely primitive, they’re basic, they’re not that hard to
understand”. But this excerpt left out 5 words at the beginning, "I love women but they're..." This sets a tone for what appears to be an explanation to men who seem to think women are hard to understand. Carlson claims that he doesn't find women all that hard to figure out. But if you are under 40 years old and you hear that excerpt then you most likely won't understand it's context.
Compare that to just about every single female liberal these days trashing men up one side and down the other. They can say anything horrible and despicable about men, and say it applies to all men, and no one demands they apologize. There are some really awful men out there but there are some really great men. The same is true for women. How is what Carlson on a radio talk show well over a decade ago any indication of a hostile environment at Fox. He wasn't working for Fox back then.
Who knows what's Grossberg real motivations are but one thing is certain. Liberals are going to believe every word that falls out of her mouth, regardless if she is lying or not. And conservatives are going to believe she nonstop lying. She may not have liked the environment at Fox. I've worked at places I didn't care to work for. Places that treated people bad. What I did in situations like that was to leave. No one is forcing anyone to work in a hostile environment. She claims she was conditioned to accept it back then but now she isn't. Well who's fault is that? Is it Fox's fault that you sold out your morals just to work there?
