There was actually an Amber Alert we once got in Tamaqua for a little girl being missing. It turned out later the little girl fell asleep in the parent's car and the car was stolen by someone. The person who stole the car, as soon as they realized there was a little girl in the back seat, drove it back to the house to return the little girl
I feel like the parent is the one in the wrong for not being aware that their kid was asleep in their car. Obviously, the car thief is bad too, but still. Something could've happened to that kid if the thief didn't drive back to the house to return the kid
