I'm Skeptical About Megalodon

It's certainly possible. Declaring any marine life capable of deep-sea survival to be extinct is pretty foolish (in my opinion) because there's so much of the ocean we haven't explored.

We've only explored 6 percent of the ocean, so I wouldn't be surprised if it's out there somewhere.

The coelacanth was erroneously thought to be extinct so, much like my faith in humanity, the megolodon may indeed still be alive despite a lack of credible evidence.

My guess is megalodon hasn't been directly observed by humans because Cthulhu lured it to R'lyeh for purposes of companionship eons ago, possibly to rend other beings as entertainment, or perhaps to act as a bridge partner.

The point is that without hard evidence, it's all speculation.

I think it is easy for large things to remain hidden in the ocean, and that’s all I’m going to say about it
