I agree. It’s a good game I’ll admit but compared to its predecessors it doesn’t stand a chance. The meme says good jokes and funny dialogue, but there’s a way to have jokes and a way to not have jokes. The perfect example of humor done right in a horror game is phone guy in FNAF one. It’s funny, but it doesn’t take away from the horror experience because how it’s so mishear and you’ll miss it, it’s not really in your face. And I think Freddy being a Father figure was more of a meme than an actual good addition to the game. Glamrock Freddy is a good game mechanic executed not greatly. Because either he’s completely not there, or you can depend on him at almost all times, excluding you from any threat in game and any feeling of threat in real life. I don’t think it added to the lore in ways help wanted did, it left a lot of questions unanswered but not in a traditional Scott Cawthon way. It became more of a frustration for theorists than a motive and a reason to keep theorizing. And I have to say, there is not one iconic creepy scene in security breach. I genuinely can’t think of one. I remember the “Freddy! You’re supposed to be on lockdown” but not because of the impact it made on me, because of the meme. You already covered the animatronics, and I was expecting a bit more from the shattereds and expecting a whole lot more from a shattered glamrock Freddy. The Daycare attendant while executed as the only Iconic creepy scene in the game also I think had more ambition but they had to settle for what they have now.
