Columbine happened during the Clinton-era Assault Weapons Ban, proving to me that they do nothing.

And they brought propane tanks to explode.

They failed to explode, but making IED's is also illegal.

What there has to be is control over who can have a weapon, and not over what weapons can be had.

- +30 years
- Approved training and psychotechnical test
- No known or visible antisocial behavior
- No criminal record
- No psychological disorder or problem
- 2 or more generations of national family roots
- Owning a house, family, land or substantiated legal possessions greater than $20,000
- Have worked legally in the country for more than two years
- Not have declared or demonstrated against the country, its people or its symbols
- Not be linked to any gang or criminal organization
- Not habitually consume any narcotic, legal or illegal drug, or alcohol

First of all, you lost whatever support I might have given right out of the gate with the high age restriction.

Secondly, criminal, terroristic, antisocial, and psychotic behavior, I can understand. To be fair, logically speaking, those issues should bar just about anybody in the United States government, and the overwhelming majority of the Hollywood elitists who support these acts, except not at all, because they can literally just buy their way out of any sentence.

Finally, speaking of elitism, that brings me to my next point, because the rest of these rules would bar almost the entirety of the working class from owning guns.
