This bill will ban all erotic content from this stream.

The ban is only to be used against content posted after the signing of this bill into law (no ex post facto).

Content that is clearly erotic must be disapproved or deleted, while content that is questionable or borderline is up to the judgment of the current president. Repeated offenses or incredibly severe offenses, may result in a temporary ban from the stream. Bans and their lengths are to be determined by the current president.

This bill will not prevent candidates from campaigning on the premise of repealing the law, if it should come into effect. In this campaigning, candidates will still not be allowed to post erotic content, but they may say that they wish to repeal the law so they can post erotic content upon its repeal.

This bill is not a constitutional amendment, and so only requires a simple majority in congress and presidential approval.
