When he held those posts he at least presumably had all his senses about him- however it's well known that even on his best day Creepy China-Joe was not the sharpest knife in the drawer... more like a Forrest Gumpian figure who often seemed to be at the right place at the right time. Now sadly, Dementia has set in and left him in a vegetative state. He clearly belongs in a nursing home.Continuing to trot him out onstage is now akin to elder-abuse.
