That's the point. It restricts our ability to travel. Travel, even within the country, is a luxury to be reserved for those who can afford airfare and are willing to undergo invasive, unconstitutional searches to travel between States.
We can't have poor peasants who value freedom traveling from California to Arizona willy nilly.
